Message	i slid into a guardrail one day and it crushed my entire left quarter panel in about a foot. i reported to insurance, got a $4200 check, cashed it, and started working on it for a few hours every night. im only 17 and at the time didnt know anything about bodywork, but i tought myself everything to fix it. i sanded the entire quarter down, drilled and pulled with a slid hammer, welded holes, then laid bondo ( which was a PITA for me b/c i had no idea how to do it), then sanded it over, and over again till it was smooth as a babys bottom. got the frame pulled and entire car painted for 2500 and now it looks new.
